I had a first dinner date at your restaurant tonight. The server, fine young man named Connor, who we understood was quite new... to the restaurant, did a great job. His product knowledge and his attitude did not betray his newness as he was both pleasantand professional as required. We started with the truffle fries, quite different and a unique flavour that’s hard to pin down.Nice. I believe my lady friend had the west coast prawn pizza, myself, the Cajun chicken. We just got back from this Earls and the server was so good my daughter (7) is making me leave a review even though I just want... to sit and digest my food. Our server was Paitan and she was absolutely amazing. Easily the best server I've had in years. Shewas fantastic with our girls (7 & 10) and helped them decide on what to order. She was super genuine in her interactions withthem and when we left our girls liked her so much they gave her hugs - which hasn't happened before. Food and drinks werereally good too. Something for everyone. The manager came to check and see how everything was going. Overall, fantasticexperience. I'd definitely recommend going here for dinner. Read more

It was really busy. There was a wait. The food was typical Earls. What got the 5th star was our server. Chris, was attentive and... when i seen him get down to eye level with the kids at the next table and ask how they liked there food and if they needed a boxto take home the food... oh gosh i remembered what customer service used to look like. Chris went above what other servers werenot just at this location but at any restaurant I've been to in the last few years. Thanks Chris! Went for brunch during the happy hour but not only did we not receive the discount and realized after we had paid and left , but... our food was around 40 minutes to come out for 2 plates in a nearly empty restaurant. When you have to pay over $14 for a drinkI expect better. The Clareview location has never done us dirty so we will stick to going there. Read more

Unfortunately this location does know how to cook a blue rare steak. They tried twice but could not get it correct. It was so... nice that the manager made it right and covered the meal. This experience won’t stop me from coming back as our appetizers,main courses and dessert of course were DELICIOUSLY GOOD. Read more

We had to sit at a very tiny table even though 35% of the tables were not being used because they were hoping for another rush... that never happened. Had to ask for more dressing on the Santa Fe salad as it was pretty dry. The service was excellent. Qualitywas decent for the price. Parking was adequate. Read more
