Never wrote a review but however I order two sandwich?s a poutine and a cherry misty freeze. Only got one sandwich the drink... came out wrong and before this I wanted to order a Pepsi as well but the person was like ?omg? into the microphone so I didn?twant to be a burden with my order and didn?t order it. I work at a restaurant and it?s not that hard to take a food order andget it right I also worked at Starbucks if you can?t take a food order correctly and give it out correctly you?re not going farin the real world. What a waste of money. Ordered three blizzards and it wasn't busy tonight at all. They only tipped the small blizzard to... disguise the other horrible made blizzards. The other two had lids. I now know why they had lids...pure liquid soup....LIQUID!!Literally poured out as soup with giant chunks of unblended fruit and large quarters of bananas that sunk to the bottom. Otherhad chunks of unblebded cheescake. They obviously knew they weren't made proper and hid the fact by placing lids. This isn't thefirst time at this location either and should've known better to go to this location. Should of gone to the other side of St.Albert. Read more

By the time i got to my order after 2 cars in front of me my chocolate dipped cone nelted all over me when i took my first... bite.... Nice place but the royal peanut butter blizzard is in consumable and should not be sold for human co su motion as it is likely a... biohazard. Peanut butter is not sweet and it is soupy. my friend didn?t like it and I tried to get a replacement but it was notallowed and my friend was sad because it cost 6.50$ We think she developed a peanut allergy from this (Good Service) Read more

We got partially melted blizzards (see image) when we asked they said that... the guy in front of us ordered chicken and our stuff sat on the counter while his was cooking. It just seemed a bit of a heftyprice to pay for "milkshakes" This store has always been fantastic, but we won't be dropping by for a last minute treat thatclose to closing. Read more

We ordered through drive through at 7:00 in the evening, so not busy at all. We spent almost $30 for 2 meals- burgers , onion... rings and a drink. I have never experienced a worse DQ meal in all my years! The onion rings were soggy and cold- needs oilchanged. One onion ring was half empty compared to the other one! The burgers were cold and tasteless. The pop tasted watereddown (we requested no ice so that was not the reason) So disappointed. The last time we ate here it was delicious. Whathappened???
