Worst experience ever. We went to this A&W over decades. Not sure is it recent changes of ownership or low staffs. The counter... staffs on Sunday afternoon with terrible attitude and slow sevice. They didn't deliver food as the promised and let the food siton the waitstand for over 10 mins. At the end we have to go up front ask for the foods. Read more

Tried the old/new Whistle Dog and I was disappointed. I waited in the drive through line for over twenty minutes with only two... cars ahead of me and the Whistle Dog was not anything special. Hot dog itself was not fresh and the bun was toasted but hardand for $11.50 for the combo, it wasn?t worth the money. Read more
Been here many times for breakfast & dinner with my family. Restaurant is very clean, staff is welcoming & friendly. A few of... the lovely ladies there recognize my family & I every time we go in because we started eating there so often, they always saywelcome back with a smile :) Love their classic breakfast & pancakes which are always so delicious. The coffee is always hot &fresh. The lemonade always cold & refreshing :) The drive thru service wasn?t great at first but has definitely vastly improved& the food maintains it?s good quality on the ride home. ???????? Read more
Today I had extremely good customer service at this location ! We dined in, on accident they gave my dad and I the wrong... burgers. No big deal, I spoke to the man at the till about it. He was extremely personable and immediately felt bad and rightaway checked our order and ensured us we?d be brought out our correct order. Within no time we were brought out the correctorder, no big deal to either parties, tons of respect and kindness all around! Went a long way! 5 Stars! And of the food tastedfresh and hot! Read more

We were at this location an hour ago and the bacon and eggs on the bacon and egger were rock hard? like it was sitting for a... long time.. the outside of the egg was burnt and over fried, same with the bacon, the bun was rock hard around the edges too. Wehad to throw it out and didn?t want to drive back and waste gas. All day breakfast doesn?t mean you cook them in advance and letthem sit all day; and then reheat or refry until it?s rock hard? we paid for fresh. I?ll be checking next time and will want tobe refunded it this happens again, or we may not even return to this location. We could not chew the bacon or the egg, I?venever seen anything like it..I hope this practice is stopped by management. You?re going to lose a lot of business.
