If I could give zero stars, I would. I understand being short staffed, but there's no need to be openly rude to the customers... and yelling at them 'sit down, its gonna be a long wait' Wasn't even a customer, but after witnessing the level of serviceoffered to customers today, 100% would never go there. This location is in a mall. Worst service Every time. If you work in the mall and only have a half hour break and it takes 25... min to just order. Once i stood there as the guy did a whole skip order before even talking to me. Dont ask for chicken after 4its too late for them. Read more
I appreciate this location being one for the only fast food places in this mall, however you need more than one slow staff... member scheduled in a day. To stand around for 10 minutes and not see any movement or even get a hello is a bit awkward,especially when they tell you it's going to be another 15 for my order... there goes my whole lunch break standing aroundtwiddling my thumbs.. Bad service. I work nearby so I go to the mall food court often for my lunch break and by far they are the worst out of the... three restaurants there. The people working there often come across as rude and impatient. Sometimes they will be working in theback and won't acknowledge coutumers for like ten minutes (Not exaggerating) in the meantime you just gotta stand around untilall their machines are ready or whatever. Food is also often served cold. One time there was a 20 minute wait for meat. Likecome on you are a burger place what do mean meat is a 20 minute wait you are fast food,right. Read more
