Me and my boyfriend ordered a vanilla bean frap and a caramel macchiato. macchiato ended up okay but the barista who made the... frap (I believe her name was Kiera(?)) spilled half the frap mix on the counter then proceeded to scoop said mix on the counterinto the cup before giving it out to my boyfriend. I get it, it?s busy and it seemed that they were in a hurry to get drinks outand I know that as a barista myself but at the same time so you really expect us to drink a frap that was scraped off thecounter? Sorta unhygienic and unsanitary if you ask me. Furthermore, the girl who made the drink never said sorry or anythingand gave attitude. Poor customer service other than the girl who took our orders. Whoa, this is the biggest Starbucks I have ever seen. It's at least as large as a regular restaurant. There are charging plug... ins everywhere and semi private wall alcoves. It seems to be designed to be "pandemic proof"? Very smart. Read more
VERY POOR Customer Service. I travelled from Alberta to British Columbia for vacation and we stopped at this branch for break on... our way to Whistler. I ordered coffee and Turkey Bacon Sandwich. A girl took my order and despite all other orders, she did notask my name to deliver the order when it's ready. I waited for 10 minutes and seeing all other orders were prepared. I askedfrom the same person who took my order if my order is being taking care of and she confirmed it. after wasting 15 more minutes,she told me that they were out of that sandwich!!! she even did not apologize me for wasting 25 minutes of my time, she justoffered me the refund or something else (treats) and because I did not want to waste more time, I asked for refund. The managercame over without asking what is the reason of refund or what happened to me, she did the refund. she noticed my frustration butDID NOT ask for the reason of that!!! instead of spending money on site, building or scheduling 10 staff, Starbucks should spendfund on training its staff and manager and teach them the basic methods of customer service. The most spacious Starbucks store I?ve ever seen. It?s a nice place to take a break from the sea to sky drive.
Great customer service! I had a matcha frap from horseshoe Bay (asked for 7 scoops of powder) but it wasn't made with enough... matcha. Came to this location to add more powder into my drink, but the barista (with shoulder length golden hair) offered toremake it. She even checked to make sure it's how I like it after my first sip. The store is also modern and spacious. Read more
This is the biggest Starbucks I've ever been in! I really liked how open and airy it was with lots of seating but not crowded... because of the large space. Nice staff there too. Read more
Seems like every time I come to this Starbucks, they are closed? yesterday was for a fire, time before that was for a staff... party and another time had no justification. Drive through is great and staff are really nice, just seems inconsistent to me. Read more
