Wouldn't be posting at all but the was the third time I've gotten inedible food, I've had to go back in and get them to correct... my order multiple times, and they are never to kind about it. We really need better restaurants around here. Read more

This particular location is a combination KFC/Taco Bell. When we went we were split among us with some wanting Taco Bell and... some wanting chicken. We were told Taco Bell would be at least a 20 minute wait as they were busy in that side. We all endedup ordering chicken. Our meals were hot and fresh, but not what everyone was hoping for. Got a 8 piece bucket of thighs. Half original, half crispy. The original pieces were so over fried that I thought I was going to... break my teeth eating them. Horrible. And of course when you try to call their phone number to complain no one answers it. Stayaway from this place. Or check the chicken before you leave the drive-thru. Read more
To start off the young guy taking our order from the drive thru was rude, the wait was terrible and the manager acted lost. We... were given the wrong drinks and half our food, then told to pull over and wait. After waiting over thirty minutes we got theother half of our food. The first food we received was cold by then, I ask for the manager to come speak to me. When she cameout I ask what the deal was. She said that it took 52 people to run that store and she was doing it with 20. They had at least 6people that we saw. When I ask about the guys attitude she said he was a young punk... very professional! We will never spendanother red cent there. Only giving 1 star because zero is not a option. Read more
Very bad service all around! Sat in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes even though they had only 4 vehicles in line, including... myself. Had a order for 5 people. Once we got to order the lady working the drive thru was very rude and seemed irritated to bethere. After ordering we were informed at the window that they could only fill 2 of the 5 orders because "we ain't got it". Ipersonally believe they were just too lazy to cook fresh food. The reason I think this is because once we finally got our foodit was barely warm, covered in grease, and the chicken was tougher than leather. This was not freshly made food and the attitudeof the drive thru worker was less than par to say the least, we could hear cursing coming out of the kitchen, words childrenshould not have to hear. All around a terrible terrible establishment. They need all new management and employees! I'm disgustedat my experience. Will definitely not be eating here again for a very long time.
