They are always so rushed. They care about there time more then the quality of the food/ drinks. You make an order of more then... three things, best believe one thing will be made wrong and all to be made poorly! I would give zero stars to this location if Icould. Farmer?s Warp is the only thing worth going for since McDonald?s doesn?t have its breakfast warp anymore. Donuts are better at a... grocery store now. $1.99 a donut is a joke they aren?t that good. This location had hot chocolate that was not super watered down. Several other locations have had quite watery hot chocolate but... this one had it done just right. They made my sandwich in under 45 seconds which was excellent. As a plus everything I ordered was under 10 bucks. Read more
Every time I come here before going to pick up my kids they mess up the order. Yesterday they charged me for 2 smile cookies... without being asked. I get I'd be happy to donate but it was a waste cause they went in the garbage and they fact the lady tookit upon herself to do so. Today they made a wrap 2x and coukdnt get it right. I go to this Tim?s every morning because it?s the only one on the way to work. Super disappointing when you ask for milk and... they are putting cream in my tea 50% of the time. So now I?m returning it in the afternoon without fail. They rush you throughthe drive thru window almost tossing the order at you while taking your money. Whoever the lady is who takes orders in themorning, is usually miserable and unfriendly. It's just so wonderful that I have to take extra time out of my day and work to turn around and go back because the order is... wrong. It never ceases to amaze me that employees have problems or issues following basic directions(like Homestyle Biscuit notEnglish Muffin) that are literally written in front of their face. You do get 3 stars because when I went back the manager wassincere and genuinely sorry for what had happened. She quickly fixed the issue and put a stop to the employee complaining thatshe had done it right. Found my order and showed it to the lady so she could see she hadn't done the order right. Probably one of the best Tim Hortons, the store is remarkably fast. No matter how large the line up is it is never a long wait.... It?s been a little over 2 years going to this location and I don?t recall a single issue ever with anything I have ordered.Staff is always very friendly as well. Read more
I don?t know how many times I have complained about the workers reading the order wrong and putting whatever they like in the... customers bag. The management of this store needs proper leadership training, clearly the staff are not learning how to read adonut or chilli on their screen. Sounds ridiculous I know.
