Went there at 8pm on June 11, 2022 and the young girl with dark black hair and lash extensions working the drive thru seemed... high, tried to tell her we couldn't understand what she was saying and she mumbled it's all good!! She shouldn't be working incustomer service anywhere!! Read more

I find the staff do not seem to understand English well. I ordered an ice cap and a donut ...she rang in the ice cap but forgot... the donut. I had to reorder the donut. The ice cap was delicious. The donut was made smaller than they used to be...cuttingback??? I get frustrated with the paper straws that break open and turn to mush before the drink was finished. They need to givecustomers 2 paper straws to get them thru their drink. ??try a different supplier for the straws?? Read more
Tim Horton franchises are basically the same. I haven't physically been in one for almost 2 yrs. Wanted some of the hockey cards... for my grandsons so I bought 2 white chocolate drinks (yummy!) and then was told they were sold out of hockey cards (darn!). Read more
Went inside during my break, to get something to eat, service wasn't bad but took a little but which is understandable, but... damn, whoever made my crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap around 3:30 pm deserves a raise, definitely one of the best wraps I'veever had???? Read more
