Came to order and sit down, but left because the restaurant weirdly smelled of garbage! Not sure why. Would be a fine stop for a... coffee to-go I?m sure. Read more

I didn't order any food and didn't notice if they offer any Gluten Free (not by choice) items. I had Earl Grey tea. Efficient... and friendly service and staff. Read more

As a former Starbucks barista for over a year, working full-time with a stellar team, I was apalled when this store (and Katie... in particular) provided me with over-the-phone customer service that was nothing short of awful. Called ahead of my order tosee if a request could be accommodated regarding flavor shots costing nearly a dollar per pump (as opposed to the same cost instore for up to four pumps for a grande) and I was told in a chillingly blasé and uncaring tone that nothing could be done, even if I told them my name and that my order would be with them soon. Fair enough. Then I was, simply put, hung up on withoutso much as an acknowledgement. I know that this is not how Starbucks wants their customer experience to be. If there are otherstores nearby, I recommend changing course to one that cares for its customers. Read more

Place was jam packed, drive through and the line in the building. I had a good ten people ahead of me and I watched as there... orders came up, plus serving the drive through. Not a single mix up and they were quick. I could not have been there more than10 minutes. Great job done by all. Read more

Ordered a bacon Gouda from a wonderful barista who proceeded to drop 3 consecutive cheese puns with perfect delivery. Great... service from everyone else although their pun game needs work. I'm docking 1/4 of a star for not having nitro but the puns andqueer flag in the window saved y'all from a worse penalty. Read more

Service was quick fort walk-in traffic even though their drive thru was busy. The staff were polite and friendly. My coffee... wasn't perfect hence the 4 stars (I like it really hot 180F) however it wasn't enough for me to ask for another one. Read more

This was on 17/06/21 between 1-1:30pm. We came for two drinks and four $25 gift cards. My aunt spoke with an accent and the... unpleasant barista who was taking our order giggled before asking my aunt to repeat what she said. After a long pause, the ladybarista asked if we needed anything else. I ordered my drink (tall blonde oat latte) and confirmed if it's okay to order giftcards through them. She said yes. We understand that drive-through lanes can get busy, but when we drove up the pickup window, another barista just handed the card machine to my aunt without properly connecting with us nor confirming our order. Then, ittook another 5 minutes or so for these baristas to figure out that gift card transactions are, after all, not allowed viadrive-through. My aunt had to go around the block again to find parking and go inside the store. It was such a waste of time. Wewere in a hurry; unfortunately, this was the only Starbucks nearby. After my aunt left the store, we found out (too late) thatinstead of a venti blonde white chocolate mocha, she paid for a venti green tea latte with extra whip (which didn't even havethe whipped cream). My aunt chose their business and expected good service. There were three baristas when we pulled up at thepickup window - not one of them specifically confirmed the only two drinks we ordered and wasted our time by not making surethat gift card transactions cannot be done drive-through. Despite repeating herself and having went inside the store, theseunfriendly baristas still got her order wrong. My aunt and I had to switch drinks as she needed coffee before rushing to work.I can't have the matcha latte as it was made with regular milk and I have dairy-sensitivity. Subpar drinks. Terrible service.Worst drive-through experience. "When we are fully engaged, we connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of our customers? even if just for a few moments. Sure, it starts with the promise of a perfectly made beverage, but our Read more

This place was okay. When I first walked in, I was noticed in the empty Starbucks by five employees sets of eyes but then was... ignored while they worked on the drive through. I wasn?t a priority and I felt it. The interior was dark and dreary and notfriendly or welcoming. They could use some light colours in there for sure. Although they were covid friendly they parkingsituation and location isn?t that ideal for customers. Overall not a great first impression. Read more
