Absolutely horrible experience, the food was horrible. Did not get the correct order and even when I tried to get it fixed they... were extremely disrespectful wouldn?t offer me a refund and they didn?t even try to fix it. It was a busy place, so that is always a good sign.. The 2 guys were busy with taking orders and filling them. I enjoyed my sub... and GF enjoyed her salad. They say when your eating in a restaurant or a fast food place, to not eat there if thier bathrooms are dirty. I took the... chance since I did get there late (almost closing) but the bathrooms were quite dirty and I doubt it was from not being cleanedall day, more like multiple days of built up grime and dirt. We bought a mesquite chicken sub and a turkey bacon sub for pickup. When we got home, my wife found a hair in the sub. We know... it wasn't hers because of the colour. It was after 9PM by then so no way to return the sandwiches. Feeling disgusted, bothsandwiches went into the garbage. My wife tried to contact them on their customer loyalty website, no luck, error message. Andan email bounced as well. So in summary, bad hygiene, bad customer service. This Quiznos has went downhill. Rude customer service. Had to ask for the peppers that every other place gives and he acted like... it was an inconvenience to him.
