The sprucegrove location chooses its own hours. It's 930pm, everything says open til 11pm and the building is closed. There was... 1 worker inside who just shooed me away. I have half a mind to order on skip the dishes just to spite that worker and get mymeal. As they are still open for skip but just want the extra delivery charge. What a ripoff. Read more
I should?ve read the reviews of this place. Don?t waste your money seems the common theme. $54 for my food and the pizza was... undercooked and barely any toppings. Two pieces didn?t have cheese on them. It?s so hot out otherwise I would throw the pizzasin the oven to try to make them edible. Even my son who will eat anything said this pizza is gross. I call to try to get arefund and the owner refuses and says he will give me a $20 credit or bring me two new pizzas. I don?t want to eat this pizza. I won?t order from here again and I used to love Pizza Hut. So disappointing. Read more
In the last couple months, I have ordered a pepperoni pizza 3 times. Each time there?s something wrong with it. The pizza I just... received looks like it was made by someone who?s never made one before. There is sauce dumped in the centre, little to no cheesewhen I chose ?extra cheese?. Don't waste your money on the large and the stuffed crust. It is limp, flat and flavorless. It leaves you hungry again in an... hour. I do love 12" pan pizza. The pizza dough is fantastic. The toppings are reasonable with each flavor in every bite and thecheese is just enough. Who doesn't like more cheese. Read more
Very disappointed with the food and customer service tonight. We order here all the time and they are pretty hit or miss to... begin with. But tonight, every single item missed the mark. Barely any cheese when extra cheese was ordered, hardly any toppingson the super supreme pizza. Everything was supposed to be well done and only the breadsticks were (but they were missing theircheese). The wings had almost no sauce on them and definitely were not well done. When we called to speak to a manager we wereoffered a credit that doesn't even cover the cost of one pizza. This place is way too overpriced to be delivering such sub-parfood. Great food. A little slow on a Friday due to lots of orders coming through but overall always great pizza and boneless bites.
