Very rude staff member at 10 PM. Worst service ever.

Stopped in and ordered. Had the best Lady take and make the order. Emily!!! Her name was Emily and she is so kind!

Call center is terrible. Sold me a medium pizza with cheesy bread and failed to tell me a large is cheaper as a combo with... cheesy bread. Figured it out on my own and called back but they are too slow to answer so i could change the order. Thislocation is has great service and is very clean and consistant. Crust had 5 big bubbles on it. Supposed to pop them in the oven and move the toppings back over so the toppings aren't... displaced. That or have the dough prepped better when they work it onto the trays :) Read more

New owners and they seem to have pulled half the cheese and toppings off to make a larger proffit. Great Pizza but this... particular location is making Panago look bad. The crust would never bubble to the top.... Missing toppings is why. Read more

I used to order from here all the time. Today there was a large hair baked into my pizza and they delivered a vegetarian with... meat on it. When I called they refused to answer the customer service line they kept transfering me to bring Iwill never orderfrom here again and suggest you don't either. Read more

In December 2015, I ordered a delivery. I asked the driver to call us because we live in the basement suite and cannot hear the... doorbell. He did call when he arrived. I said hello to the driver as he approached the door and received no reply. I invited himin and also no response. I gave him an $8 tip and not even a thank you. After we realized that he forgot a salad I calledcustomer service and they said they will deliver it. He did deliver it by dropping it on the doorstep in the freezing weatherand then called me to tell me where he left it. I called customer service and they told me they would give me a follow up on mycomplaint. I never received one and have never ordered from this location again. I love Panago Pizza and used to be a driver forthis same location and would never treat a customer especially after such a gracious tip. Read more

Very friendly staff. The delivery was always on time and still hot on arrival. By far the best pizza place in town.
