Every time I go to this place it's a bad experience. Last time I asked for no onions and what do they do but load it up with... onions. Time before that I asked for lettuce and tomatoe on my burger and they charge me for this little sliver of lettuce. Idon't understand what is so hard to understand about putting a topping on the side, also why is the food cold and the friessoggy or burnt? Instead your employees decided to just not give me the bacon on the bacon burger. Plus the milkshake was morelike milk water, we said no ice in our drinks and yet you put in a bunch of ice, it's like you dont care about what yourcustomers want. To be completely honest, I think it was truly pathetic. Ordering two small cones and a bottle of water took more than 15... minutes. Do people not understand to move out of a line, park in a designated spot and your orsr will be brought to the car? Or if you are using a drive thru, try using the mobile app. Anyway, my cones were melted and when this was said to the personhanding my order over, his reply was Yeah. Seriously?? This is the problem with people. Two new cones should have been madeor they should have been free. Read more
This is one of the worst McDonald's around .There are way to many people in the kitchen and no on knows what the other is doing... . Went here this evening for supper and the burgers were cold and literally slapped in boxes patties were off the big Macs ,some of the drinks were just water , no ice in one machine so everyone was trying to use the other one , and the service asusual is less than desirable. I would recommend another location at all costs . Read more
The fast food lane is not fast! Waited 20 minutes in line. Not recommended if you are in a hurry. Lots of new staff. Higher... wages and better working conditions might help to keep existing staff. Read more
The people who work the window here are always so kind and give great service that?s probably the only good thing I have to say... about this place. Picked up a bagel for my mother in law today and when I got it home it was completely black my bagel was burntbut not as bad. Like how can u feel okay serving this? I was already home before I checked on my food which is my mistake but Ididn?t know I had to play expo line for McDonald?s. They should be checking this before it goes it this isn?t the first timeI?ve had low quality food from here. Also the debit machine by the pay window hasn?t been working but the debit machine where upick up your food is okay just keep that in mind when visiting it?s not your card it?s there machine Read more
Our experience was good. I like to use the McDonald?s app in store. I can do my order on the app and then have it delivered to... my table. This is a very nice restaurant, it is clean and well lit. The washroom facilities are clean also. There is lots ofparking available. The staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Read more
I?ve been to this location a few times. Each time I?ve been they forget something from my order. Usually the sauces. I don?t if... they?re trying to save money or something? when I call to let them know they don?t do anything to rectify the mistake. Nothing.And on top of the that food is cold when I get it. I usually try to avoid this location as much as possible because it?s onlybeen a disappointment. Read more
