Extremely slow service. Tried calling ahead and the worker couldn?t correctly understand our order. Arrived, nothing ready to... go. Came back later, nothing ready to go, but wasn?t told that until after I had paid. Took multiple times for the cashier toget my order right. Had to wait for the ?hot and ready? items to be ready for well over ten minutes. Won?t be wasting my timeor money here again. Also noticed their displayed business license is outdated since Dec 31, 2021. Edit: Upon opening the?crazy bread?, it was inedible, dry and with next to no butter/oil or Parmesan cheese. Super disappointed. Asked for a receiptand was given the wrong one, with the worker misunderstanding that I wanted my receipt, not that I didn?t want what I ordered. Read more
One of the oldest and best pizza place in town. Extremely consistent in quality and very very reasonable price. With the kind of... inflation we are seeing a cross Canada, they maintain the prices reasonably with $15 range. Maximum price for medium alltoppings pizzas for $15 bucks with best quality. Read more
Ordered a half cheese and half Hawaiian pizza and had to wait for it to be made; which was fine. But couldn't get crazy bread or... stuffed crazy bread because they have nothing pre-cooked and they all are not doing deep dish or crazy bread. They left a goodinch of the pizza plain with no topping at all and it was more like 3quarters Hawaiian and a quarter cheese. Best part is when Icalled to talk to them the lady who answered just hung up on me when I complained. I'm also allergic to pepperoni and had areaction to pizza so make sure to say you want a clean cut if your getting it made fresh and don't want them to use the sameknife they use for all the pizza. Not impressed and will not be back. Ordered online and went to pick up at a scheduled time in the afternoon. Upon pickup I... should have checked the pizzas before I left the store, the labels on the boxes were correct however the contents were not. OnceI was home and called back to the store a female employee was pleasant at first until I explained that I was given an incorrectorder. The tone changed and the employee argued with me that I got the order, I explained that I literally had the orderconfirmation in my hand and read the order firmly as she kept interrupting me. Without warning she gave the phone to a male(manager?) He didn't identify himself, didn't apologize just said "you're right, we made mistake we can give you credit or comeback and get the other. I live outside the city so I was not driving all the way back to get it. We kept the pizzas and I regretit, the pizza was greasy, crust was like cardboard, wasn't cut and just really was horrible. I ordered a stuffed crust online and picked it up and even ask the cashier at the front when picking it up if it's stuffed crust... and she said yes! Next time I'll check it myself because when I got home it turns out it's not. I called them to let them knowthat they had made a mistake so, I drove back to pick up the right pizza. Funny thing they wanted the other pizza back, but Itold them we're keeping it because they messed up our order. So we got 2 for 1 pizza but my time is more important than wastingtotal an hr driving home and back to the store. Called the other day within minutes of them opening (just happens to be my lunch break time) and asked if they had any hot and... ready a available. The woman who answered said not quite yet since they just opened and I said ok no worries how long and sheasked what I wanted and had it ready within the 15 minutes it took me to get there. I even called back a few minutes later toadd more to my order and she was able to get that all ready for me in that time frame also. I was very pleasantly surprised withthe customer service here.
