Very rude and unwilling to fill my order when I asked for all white meat in a 3 piece meal - 6:30pm on a Saturday, you?d think... they would have enough of a cooked chicken selection to fill a 3 piece order with all white meat. KFC has no customer servicewhat so ever - just terrible. Can we just get a Popeye?s in Spruce / Stony, their food is much better, I have always had a goodexperience there, and they don?t deny my order. Read more
Honestly the worst staff ive seen ,get here she tells me theres no tenders and you can replace it in a box ,so i take a... completely different meal ,the nrxt costumers has the same conversation with the same teller about the tenders in front of meand she replaced hers with a piece of chicken..wtv i waited 15 min for my meal that came with cold fries and colfld burger wheni ask for fresh fries she dumped mine back in the frier because it was closing time ..the proceed to stare at us from behind thecounter ..horrible service and food Read more
Awesome food, quick service and calm environment if there should be a wait.
The drive through at Spruce Grove is a total joke. They don?t give you your order at the window you go to the parking lot and... they bring it out to you. Two items and they couldn?t get that right. Burger was cold and there was just as much sauce on theoutside of the bun as there was on the inside. Will never stop there again. If it was my business someone would be looking for ajob. Read more
The food was good but the service was strange! Went to the counter to ask for extras and the lady kept ignoring me even though... we made eye contact. I had to get her attention and still she had terrible customer service. Read more
The only reason they get a star is so I can post. My wife went thru the drive thru and ordered two chicken meals. She was told... it would be 5 mins they had to cook more chicken and to pull ahead. {there wasn't anyone else in line.} After 15 mins and pplpicking up skip the dishes she went inside and blew her top. Anyway got the meal home and when I tried the chicken I almostthrew up, it tasted like fish which I absoulutley hate. What a waste of money. They will never get my business again. By theway nothing else tasted good in the meal either. Read more
For some reason the drive thru is more important than "eat in" customers. Also, the food has been going downhill, prices up but... substance and taste is getting pretty sad. We ask ourselves why we even come here. On another note, the ACTUAL ORIGINAL KENTUCKYFRIED CHICKEN was better. This new version is discusting. Read more
This place is a joke go through the drive through just to park in front and wait for it and your order isn't right when you get... it. Plus for fast food what a joke price wise 2 sandwiches just the sandwich 20$ might as well get a combo its almost the sameprice. Read more
