me and my wife decided to dine in local at this location for my birthday on september 18 but unfortunately we were soo upset... with the way our waitress served us. it seemed like she was forcing herself to work, no smile on her face AT ALL,and she seemedsomehow very cold and upset and this made us very uncomfortable the whole time. the way she brought our order on our table wasalso very unpleasant, she smashed our drinks on the table loudly and our food was also not given to us directly instead she justleft it careless at the front corner of the table. we felt very unwelcome here. without even asking us she directly brought thebill to the table, like she just wanted us to get out. Unfortunately this ruined my birthday and dine in experience. the wholeevening on my birthday we were just thinking why on earth would somebody serve us in a restaurant in this rude manner. but acouple of weeks later since we love to support our local restaurants we decided to give this place another chance and came backfor desserts, the waitress directly bought our desserts without ANY napkins, and when we asked for napkins she bought it in theend when we were already done with the dessert but we were left waiting with messy hands. Very hit or miss depending on the day. Today sat down and waited almost 10 minutes before we were greeted. Another 5 or so... minutes went by before we could place a drink order. Another 15 minutes go by before we were asked if we wanted to order food.Our appy came out 15 minutes later cold. Entrees came out okay, the sides were mildly warm at best. Read more
I waited an hour just to receive a mediocre pizza that not only was cold. But was ripped/soggy dough. When I had told them, they... took yet another hour and a half to get another pizza that was.. You guessed it.. Ice cold. The service was slow, uncaring, andindisputably unprofessional. I have been to many terribly operated restaurants and establishments but this was on another levelof poor customer service, quality for price, and honestly not very clean. Food was Hot and fresh! $12.00 selection for Lunch was great! BUT the place needs a Professional Cleaning ASAP! The wood... around the seats & tables where you eat were disgusting! Sure hope the kitchen is cleaner ....... ! Read more
We had a nice meal here on Sept 1. We had a bit of a mix up with ordering the salmon : we are used to cumin being flavourful and... not super spicy. Anyway, our server , who it was only her second day, was professional and really, just a super awesome youngperson. We travel for work 11 months of the year, and have experience our share of robotic, disinterested servers, and she wasvery courteous and respectful to myself, and my mother in law. She dealt with it all like a seasoned veteran. She is a credit toyour business ???? Read more
The lounge is okay for a beer and something simple like wings, but I wouldn't come here for anything else. The restaurant side... has a very cold and uninviting atmosphere at this location, and the food is consistently terrible. I find BP is also overpricednow too. This restaurant is always so welcoming and friendly. The staff are good and is verbally very clean. The evening I went it seemed... to be grossly understaffed causing issues with service speed or receiving things such as utensils and/or ketchup. Despite thisthe restaurant is still consistent with its menu and food quality. A good spot to stop if you need a good meal and they arecovid friendly. Read more
