Had delivery. Beef dip and fries. Only live 2 minutes away. It was cold, fatty, thick, tough meat. Soggy fries. Delivery person... didn't know how to use gift card, not their fault. Should probably be trained. I let them know I had the card. Very over priced,always has been ( even though I didn't pay for most of it). Now the food isn't even worth it. Read more
My gf and I went to BP's after a long hard day of work. There was only 1 waitress working and we were her last customers for the... evening. Service was splendid and quick, it was my bestest BP experience ever. Have to brag up BP's as SERVICE, CLEANNESS, FOODand WAITRESS was Awesome!! Read more
We enjoyed the boneless wings and pizza we had from this location, our server was attentive each time. Twice now however, we... have gone and tried to use a gift card and they have been unable to take it. "Sorry is there any other way you can pay?" Whilewe are able to do that, we planned our (two) dinners around being able to use the gift card and both times they were unable toprocess it. Instead of trying to find a solution, then problem was shifted back onto the customer to figure out which didn't sitwell with me. We were able to use the gift card at another location without trouble so I will seek out other locations from nowon. Read more
The service at this location is inexcusable. 25 mins sat and not even a drink order taken and that order only got taken after I... flagged down a manager. When food finally came my daughters order was wrong…didn’t bother trying to get it corrected as wewere running out of time. Restaurant isn’t even half full. We never even saw our actual waitress until we were done eatingand it was time for the bill. I get that it’s Boston Pizza but come on this is ridiculous. Service was terrible, price for some of there stuff is crazy($20 bucks for chicken fingers and fries) seems a bit steep... especially when my sons kids meal had pretty much the same amount of food as mine. When I talked with manager she just saidthat's the price and that's that. Some Tables had dirty dishes on them when we got there and were still the same way when weleft a hour later. 4 servers, hostess and a manager on.I guess that's why there was only 3 people in there. My daughter and I were seated in a very empty resteraunt with one other customer the other day and after 15m of waiting for... someone to take our drink order or food order we left. They even hesitated to give us actual menus they almost expected us touse our phones in which we agreed to do so. The waitresses walked by numerous times and spent most of the 15m talking in theback together. Very disappointed so we left to the Stony Plain Boston Pizza and had exceptional service and food within 20m ofbeing seated! Read more
This location is a hit or miss. If we dine in, it's okay. Every time I order take out or delivery there is something wrong. I... typically order cauliflower Bandera bread and it never comes with the Sante fe sauce. One time, they charged me for the Sante fedips when they should come with the bread because it still is a Bandera bread and I'm paying $2 more per bread because of thecauliflower crust. I've ordered Bandera bread and meat sauce, and twice they have forgotten the sauce. I recently got a doublecheese pizza and this is how it came. I did not eat here because I am a celiac. The server was honest and told me there are no guarantees about cross contamination, ... which I appreciate! The server and manager were very polite and caring. My other family members loved the food. I feltcomfortable here in an uncomfortable situation. Read more
