Just came here with my husband? super sad experience. Service wasn?t great, you could tell she did not want to be there. Made... the mistake of going through the drive thru. We ordered extra meat in our Crunchwrap supremes (which I am happy to pay the upcharge) but we got what looked like less meat than normal and they didn?t take off the tomatoes like requested? and they didn?tgive us another one of our items we paid for (my husband didn?t check the bag before driving away). I understand we are allgoing through hard times, so I get it, but still, disappointing experience. Read more
this is THE WORST taco bell I've ever been to. there is NO ONE manning the front counter, I watched someone stand there for 15... minutes. I forgot something on my order and placed another immediately afterwards. after half an hour, I still didn't have thesecond part of my order (two tacos) and kept getting "we're busy". we could see and hear them messing around in the back and notcoming to the counter. the drive thru was empty. there was no reason for the staff to be completely ignoring the lobby, theywere messing around instead of doing what they were supposed to do, and they were rude as soon as I asked for my tacos (after 25minutes of waiting). there was one family in the lobby also eating, and again, the drive thru was empty when we got there andsparse while we were there. 0/10, the staff is rude, you won't get your food for half an hour, and the bathrooms are dirty. Pretty standard taco bell in general. This location is usually not busy, so any wait just depends on the staff. We've usually... never had problems in general with this location, but this last time they royally messed up the order, enough where we had tocall corporate to complain. Read more
Self service kiosk is fantastic. Food came out quickly. Taco Bell is always coming up with new boxes that keeps me coming... back. I wish they sold Baja blast more to the public in grocery stores. Biggest issue with taco bell is you usually end up inthe restroom for a majority of your day following your meal. Not sure what it is but without a doubt it churns the stomach. Too bad because the food tastes so good, so it?s always a chance you have to be willing to take of you want to eat Taco Bell. Read more
Got our Taco Bell fix. Hit the spot. Extremely generous with the hot sauce packets. Received 102 packets with our 3-person order... (see photo). We often receive more hot sauce than we need at other locations, but this has to be a record. Read more
I?ve known food trucks with more reliable hours than this Taco Bell. It?s gotten so bad. It?s to the point that when we drive... past now and don?t see cones in the drive-thru we say ?Oh hey! Look, Taco Bell is open today!? The final straw was when anemployee tried to put those cones in front of my wife?s car after she had been waiting in a line for 15 minutes?at 4:58pm. Whatkind of fast food place closes at 4:58 on a weekday? Fortunately a younger employee fought the senior employee on our behalf andlet us through. Slow service. Took 30 minutes to get to the window. When I opened my bag there were no napkins or hot sauce. Revisited for... Cinco de Mayo tacos and could not be more disappointed. Several items were missing ingredients, the portions were off for theingredients that were there, and they clearly did not care how the tacos were made. Read more
Ordered a semi-large mobile order. Went to pick it up at 7:15 and the lobby was closed. I could LITERALLY see all my food in... bags on the counter and the employee waved me off and pointed to the drive thru, where there was a 9 car line that I had to waitbehind for no reason. This is made even better by the dumb sign the have advertising having the food ?ready to go withoutwaiting? if you order on the app. Comical I tell you. Terrible service.
