Ordered online, and when I got there, no one was there. I was definitely charged for my food that I never got. I think subway is... just slowly going out of business. 10/10 would not recommend. Read more

Poor customer service. Acted like I had put them out for having to wait on me. Hours are not as posted. Never know when they are... open in the morning. Went in at 10:30 am and not open. Suppose to open every day at 9 am. Not impressed with staff who saw mecome and ignored me while they talked in the back room and did whatever they were doing. Whatever happened to customer service!! I did online ordering from here because it said they were open but when i went in they were closed even tho their hours posted... inside said they were open too!!! And it charged me and said it was picked up even tho it wasn't and i never got my food!! Thishappens all the time with subways where they say they're open and let you order but every single time.i go in they are closed!!!Also they changed it so you can't even call the customer service number to complain or get a refund to all digital which meansthey probably will never get back to people! The girl that helped me was extremely rude and I had to remind her several times what I wanted and she still got it wrong. Asked... for Italian herb and cheese bread and she informed me that the store was out despite the fact that there were several traysvisible. Questionable cleaning and sanitizing and the store was super messy. Read more

Well let me start off by saying that the employees in Walmart were great. Super friendly. I am driving from California to... Illinois and wanted subway when I stopped to get gas. Walking in this this store was not what I hoped it would be. It was emptyand no employee in sight, there were flies ugh. When a gentleman did walk out he failed to greet me and when I started to orderhe got an attitude like he didn?t want to work. Plus it looked like her threw a fit. So seeing the look on his face and therudeness in his actions I told him ? if you don?t wanna take my order then I will gladly go elsewhere!? Not one time did heapologize or try and keep my service. I have worked customer service my whole life and the only advise I have for the managementis please properly train that guy or hire people who can hide the dislike for their job or someone who treats customers withrespect and a better attitude. Literally worst subway experience ever. They were out of Italian herb and cheese bread, turkey,and cookies. They gave us 2 inch... sandwiches in our kids meals instead of 4 inch. We have ordered kids meals multiple times including from this same location andthey have always done 4 inch. The worker insisted we were wrong and kids meals are 2 inch sandwiches. They did not provide toyswith the meal. Usually when out of toys they offer a cookie but they were out so didn't offer. The girl working there then triedto overcharge us by 10$ manager came out and fixed it. Both workers were curt. Extremely disappointed won't be going back tothat location. Read more
