Nice place. A bit understaffed, so service was slow. Customers at the bar were very drunk, loud, and obnoxious, but that's... probably not the establishment's fault. Food was good quality. Read more

We went for breakfast on a weekday. The place was empty. Its reputation as a pricy venue must have gotten around town. Being the... only party in the dining room (there was one family outside finishing up) we had the server's attention. They have specials nowthat fall more within the average person's budget, and the 2 of us ate for around $25 with food, coffee and tip. The food waswell prepared, but unremarkable. We might go back and try the weekend menu, not certain though. Read more

Beautiful Hotel/Restaurant in a cozy, intimate, lodge-like setting. We had the Fish Tacos, Black Beans, and Garlic Fries. Their... burgers also looked delicious. All were good, but the Garlic Fries were outstanding. Friendly, attentive, service makes thisplace a must stop when visiting Springville. Read more

My wife and I attended the Valentine's dinner last night. Dinner was great (steak and lobster). The staff worked their hearts... out to make the patrons happy. The acoustic sounds/singing of Joshua Day on the guitar and cello were an excellent touch. Read more

Finally made it to Frank's at The Springville Inn. Have heard mixed reviews and people even questioned if they were still open.... Mind you this was me asking local people just to get some feedback. Our dinner was fantastic. The lobster Mac and cheese isscrumptious. We enjoyed a variety of soups, salads and entrees along with a dessert. All of the food was cooked and served toour liking. The waitress was attentive and a joy to conversate with. I look forward to going back again and again to try all oftheir menu items. Read more

The Thursday special is prime rib and the chef hit rare, medium rare, and medium each perfectly and they were really good. The... sides were very good also, but I had tiramisu, and it was the highlight. The chef came and introduced himself and ensured wewere enjoying our meals, and the waitress was also exceptional. If I lived in the valley, I'd say it was worth the drive. Btw,it's rare for me to give 5 stars. Read more

What a great evening! Our wives were at a Christmas party, so we three husbands drove to Springville to give Frank's a chance. ... We were graciously greeted by Storey. Not only is she a great waitress, but a sommelier as well. What a nice surprise! Nowfor the meal. One had the duo Alaskan cod tacos, another had 1/2 order of Frank's ribs, and I had the rib eye steak withcaramelized onions and mushrooms. A greater meal you could not ask for. My son raved about the tacos, our friend said, "Youjudge a restaurant by its ribs, and these are winners", and I have tremendous difficulty finding a steak as good as I make (myfriend's will attest to that). Well, I'm not so sure mine is as good as Frank's. We are all taking our wives in the nearfuture. Read more
