I got in after a breakdown expecting fast and easy service. Instead I got slow and disrespectful staff.there was one person in... front of us and I was in the store for 20 minutes! I woke up on Sunday morning hungry and thought why not order Subway sandwich, and so I did. Drove down to the store and it was... packed! So I waited in line, for over 30 mins. When it was finally my turn, the guy said they haven't even touch the mobileorder yet. WHY NOT?! Isn't mobile order suppose to be quick, that means everyone who got to the store in person was ahead of meeven if I did sent in my order way before them. So then the guy proceeds to make my sandwich after standing in line for over 30mins and he makes the wrong sandwich. I know they had been busy and trying to filter through as many customers as they can BUTthey aren't even organize as the guy shuffled through receipt to find my order. Got home and my sandwich folded open andeverything fell out. They clearly need to be more organized! I don't mind waiting a bit longer if my sandwich was packed innicely. Instead they chose quantity over quality. Not good! Read more

-The two staff at Subway were very rude to me. I was not even through ordering my sandwiches when the first person I dealt w/... became obviously disgruntled by her confusion about the validity of my coupons and $25. gift card. The second person, who Idealt w/ at the cash register looked at me and laughed, while shaking her head in disbelief at my apparent physical & mentaldisabilities. Read more

The resturant is usually short staffed. If you are coming in during a busy time or are looking to get your meal quickly, hope... that there are no customers ahead of you in line. Food handling was poor. During the assembly of my sub, I had witnessed a staffmember take a piece of cheese off of my sub which contained various meats including bacon. The piece of cheese was put back intothe container to be used in the future. I can?t make assumptions about what is done when customers are not watching but I am nowweary of how other food is handled there. Read more

Terrible experience, workers are horrible. They were rude and unkind to my friends and I. My friend was allergic to processed... meats, and she had a lunch with her. We were having a team meal and she was kicked out of the facility. Unbelievable, she wasleft outside to freeze . Read more
