First, a special thanks to this small business for being open on a Monday. With so many staffing shortages and restaurants... forced to close a couple of days a week, we were thankful to find this tasty establishment after visiting the Springhill MinersMuseum. Read more

The atmosphere of sociables pub and eatery is clean and energetic both upstairs and down. Featuring nice big windows, a view of... the street and parkinglot, the beautiful wood tables and spacious room makes it an enjoyable space. Downstairs is a wheelchairaccessable pub and eatery. The upstairs of this pub is restricted to wheelchair accessiblility and with many steps, that ispretty much it's only downfall because its only available to those who are able to climb the stairs. And those who can will seea slightly decorative spacious room, windows wall to wall and plenty of space for people to enjoy social gatherings (hense theword sociables'). It holds up to its name. Its not too fancy but just enough to enjoy. I've been there twice. Once for awedding shower and another for a wedding celebration. The staff serve customers with a smile and delicious food!
