I just left this starbucks (which is normally 5 starts anyway) and the young man working the cashier on Wednesday at 3pm was so... kind and accommodating for my mother's birthday. I had gone to several other Starbucks before coming to Springfield looking fora specific item my mother loves and he went out of his way to help me out. Read more
The overall experience was extremely disappointing. First, when I got my drinks they were not made right. I got a caramel... frappachino with 7 pumps of caramel syrup. The problem was they added little to no caramel syrup at all. It tasted like iceand coffee. Next, when we came back to get them remade, they took well over 15 min to remake the two drinks.
