Clean and neat sandwich shop right next to Springfield Plaza. Jay and Sue are awesome people! They are hard-working, kind and... they make fantastic food! I have tried nearly every sandwich on the daily menu, and they are all the same excellent quality. Theshort rib, Shrimp/Tuna salad and Caprese(for vegetarians) stand out for me. I also highly recommend trying out the specials forthe day, my favorites are the Egg Salad, Bulgogi, London Broil among many. My favorite side is the potato salad, best inSpringfield(add Red Tabasco if you like spicy, your welcome). Really everything is fresh and high quality, made with care andprecision every time.
