Standard Popeyes, quality was as expected, but was hard to communicate with staff. In the mall food court, Super busy.

I wish I could give them negative stars. The cashier did NOT listen to my order at all after I constantly kept telling her what... I wanted. She gave me a meal when I just wanted chicken. Very stubborn and horrible customer service. The employees are veryrude to their customers. Worst popeyes ever. I do not recommend going there AT ALL. Read more

Very slow service, 15-20 minutes minimum for a single item regardless of if they are busy or not and significantly lower quality... food than any other Popeyes I've been to. Manager seems to treat the employees very poorly. Read more

If I can give them negative stars I would. Hands down the worse popeyes I?ve ever went to. I stopped by to make an order of... mashed potato?s and was told straight up in a rude tone that ?they were closed.? I asked what time they closed because it was7:50pm and I knew they closed at 8:00pm. (All the other restaurants were still serving food) He then told me 8pm and I statedthat there were 10 minutes left. He told me they don?t have anymore food as he?s putting away the rest of the food. I asked forthe manger and he told me that he was so I asked for his name and he said he wasn?t allowed to tell me. Absolutely one of the nastiest, dirtiest, and poorest customer service I've wasted my money on. Male clerk of asian decent was... sweeping the floors, working the cash register, and preparing food with the same dirty, nasty gloves on.
