Food was good. Atmosphere was fine. Service was awful. First, I ordered my food using the machine, got my number and placed it... on the table as instructed and waited......and waited....and waited....and waited.....and waited.....and waited.......so Ifinally got up to see what was the delay. They had my food in a bag, just sitting on the counter getting cold. I took it uponmyself to grab it because I saw the receipt next to it and the contents in the bag were what I had ordered. I had asked forketchup when I ordered on the screen but after sitting down I realized there was no ketchup so I went back to the counter and Ihad to call the attention of who seemed to be the manager on duty. I asked for ketchup and she handed it to me with a bit of anattitude, as if I was bothering her with my request. Hey, maybe if you had paid attention and put the ketchup in the bag as itwas instructed in the order, I wouldn't have had to come "bother" you about it. So yeah, they; A. have a machine who is goingto do half of their job for them and they can't pay enough attention to detail to fulfill the order as instructed; B. Give theircustomers attitude when asking for sauces that were initially requested when entering the order; C. I made the order for diningin, why did they give me it in a take out bag instead of a tray? Final words: I grew up in Springfield so I have always come tothis location. I deployed about a year ago and just got back and the service at this restaurant has drastically declined fromwhat it was a year ago. Read more
My wife and I ordered food food through the drive thru, got our order wrong, sold us an un cooked quarter pounder and charged us... more than they should of! NEVER go here!!! Read more
I tried the McDonald's app for the first time. Unfortunately I didn't get the right order. I had to go through the drive thru... twice. They did eventually give me the right food but it took a lot longer to use the app than if I had just ordered in thedrive thru the first time. ???? oh well. At least the food was hot and fresh. Very poor experience here. Came here, ordered my food. Received the wrong order, tried to tell the people that I had the... incorrect food and they slammed their window in my face as I was talking...... charged me extra for sauces that they did notgive me, ordered 10 pc nuggets and got 7 nuggets, and the wrong drink. Normally I wouldn't care but c'mon... the rudeness wasridiculous and unnecessary. Go somewhere else. Read more
