This place used to have good food in the beginning, but now it's garbage. Filthy. Dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in... ages. Cockroaches in the dining hall. The place seems like it was shut down by the health dept. They apparently aren't allowedto cook anything there so everything is transported and served cold and not fresh/hot - but they still charge you full price.Don't waste your time and money. Won't be going back. Read more

The "Desi" in the name is no accident. You will live, breath, and eat Desi food to the extreme. They don't even TRY to satisfy... all eaters. They are boldly catering to South Asian palates and recreating the experience of eateries in Karachi, Mumbai, andNew Delhi. And the South Asians approach this place to dine on delicacies that take hours to make and require tens of spicesthat are not all available in your kitchen cabinet. And, I might add, they are fairly successful at it. The place has twoseating areas. A fast food style setup, and another larger partition with table-covers and nicer aura. Not all delicacies areavailable on the spot. They have days reserved for Beef Biryani. And they ask you to call a day or two in advance if thebone-marrow topping is desirable. In short, if you know what you want, best to call ahead and avoid the disappointment. Read more

The restaurant is great. The food is great for the most part. The taste is authentic for the most part. The staff is great. It... feels homely. The one thing that could be massively improved is communication regarding timings and availability. It was a 40minute commute for me up until last year and ever since I move it?s an 80 minute commute. I don?t mind making the commute, I domind getting there and not knowing if it?s open or closed. I would highly appreciate it if you guys update the brunch/halwa puritimings somewhere. Read more

Delicious, friendly, authentic and affordable! It was so delicious and the Nihari was delicious for a random nova snow day! Be... forewarned, the dish was spicy, yet insanely flavorful! Finishing off with a warm chai was perfect. 10/10 would come back. Read more

This place has improved their food quality so much! Anda paratha is a great addition to the menu. I love the bun kabobs and... Karahi. However I do think they need to add more veggies options to the menu. Read more

After moving to Southern Maryland from Texas, we have been unable to find a desi restaurant that has good Pakistani food. I'm... glad we came here all the way from Southern Maryland. This place has excellent food and decent customer service. Their bunkabob is really good and the chicken paratha roll was amazing. Additionally, the karahis they have are off the chain! We triedtheir Shinwari Chicken Karahi and Balochi Goat Karahi, and they were simply out of this world. Their Chicken Quorma wasn't badeither. The only thing I would ask them to do is to pay some more attention to cleaning the tables after people leave. Overallit was an excellent experience. Will definitely be returning! Read more
