Apparently this location has trouble keeping to their posted hours. Showed up at 730pm on a Thursday... Closed.
Incorrect hours, bummer to drive all the way over just to find them closed.
Made an online order on their website (not a third-party site). Two things were incorrect. We asked for two sides of frosting... (we only got one), and a cold brew coffee, black (it came with milk). I called the store, not asking for a complete refund oran additional delivery, but just a simple refund on the coffee I had to throw away and the frosting that was neverdelivered. They did not offer a refund for the parts of the order they messed up. Don't order from this store online. Read more

Very poor service, after walking the mall to find this stupid place to pick up the food for doordash. I fat lady said, sorry we... don't have it ready. Knowing that I waited for 15 minutes. Went in to get a Cinnabon. Arrived at 1040 am. We were told they didn't open until 11. Walked around the mall until 11. When we... got back at 11 they said the Cinnabons were not done. They didn't even give an amount of time for it to be done. So we wastedover an hour while traveling so thanks Cinnabon for the waste of time! Incorrect hours posted. Showed up on November 10th at 8:50pm. The store should be open till 9:30pm but it is closed.
