It's ok for the price, I'd even say a little bit overpriced for the quality, chips are good (but there is no "free chips and... salsa bar" as they advertise... Store manager yelled at me and told me never to.come back again. He was furious because his system was down and had a very... hostile behavior. I placed my order online and was charged $0, I came to the store to pay as I didn't wanted to affect thebusiness. Once I arrived he was extremely rude when I pointed that I had a coupon. The coupon was a buy one get one 50 off, buthe insisted it was only for other type of burritos even while the coupon itself didn't say that. He also said it was only forCalifornia, which didn't make sense at all. He said it was his decision to take the coupon or not, I pointed out that he wasbeing very hostile, and he said he could discount $4 usd, being less than what the coupon offered. Good customer service but the way the steak tacos are prepared is not my favorite, my first time here nothing to complain just... that I love to go the one located at Duke st which the steak was grill but is permanently close so I just have to get used tothe way they cook still was delicious ???? Just bought a burrito, the beef had slight stench and it taste of liver. A bit frightening, hope I do not get sick. Very dry,... needs more flavor too. Would not recommend. Read more
As much as I enjoy Baja Fresh food, the service their is something left to be desired. This review is not about the current... employees at the store at this time of writing, but of the current manager. I am sorry to for the works that have to deal with arude boss, but even more sorry to the customers that have to endure hearing his anger to his employees while they eat. We visit the Kingstowne Baja Fresh for takeout at least once a month, sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and the food... is always consistent. My go to is the mexicano burrito with black beans and extra steak. Very affordable and good quality food. Read more
Never had Baja Fresh before but I got the steak fajita and it had hair all in it. I was so grossed out. I wish I could post the... picture for your viewing. Come on is a hair net too much to ask. And it was llllooooooonnnnngggggg. Tidbit: I have short hair. Read more
