When I visited, the Starbucks was extremely busy, and there was only one employee working at the time. I'm sure he was doing his... best, but he should have had help. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes to have my order taken. Upon leaving, I am certain Ireceived an incorrect drink. It was unfixably bitter, and there was no caramel. (I ordered a hot caramel macchiato) I amdisappointed, to say the least. I went out of my way to visit a Starbucks because I trusted the brand. I suppose that was amistake. Read more
Hard to find, it is hidden inside the Kroger. Great place to catch your favorite Starbucks coffee, but the SERVICE is Extremely... SLOW!! With as much business it gets, it is shocking they have not build a building outside of the Kroger! Some of the workersare half interested in working here sometimes. Which hurts there ratings. #Starbucks needs to build a building for them to hireworkers that are interested in having a job. Read more
Great place for tea. If you get a regular tea it's not that bad on price. Last couple of times I have been there they told me... they start braking stuff down to clean at 8. From 8 p.m. to 8:30 pm is tea products and from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. is coffee. Hopethis helps someone besides me know when I can get the perfect drink. If you are not sure there is a woman there most eveningsthat can recommend a perfect drink for tea and coffee lovers alike. Read more
The barista Paul was very professional and helpful, and also made both of my drinks delicious and exactly how I ordered them.... Will be back, but only if he is there serving, most of the time its always wrong. Read more
