My Pizza Hut in Springfield, is by far the Very best Pizza Hut ever. They have always treated us great. And they take their time... to make our pizzas to perfection. Horrible service with very rude employees. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Pizza Hut. Coming from out of town I... am not familiar with the area so figured you could not go wrong with a known restaurant, but I was extremely wrong and would notrecommend at all. Have you ever wondered what it's like to walk into a business with two associates at the front of the store and be completely... ignored? Well step right up because I've got the place for you! Had a huge problem with my order being delivered tonight andcalled before hand and said I would come pick it up. Arrive at store and associates are too busy to even acknowledge the onecustomer in the whole building. Was finally helped by associate and was handed an old pizza that should have been delivered 30+minutes earlier that I was forced to pick up because they can't refund...please for your sanity go to any other pizza joint Read more
They changed the pasta type to penne or manicotti and it was a lot tougher in texture. The top was warm and looked great but the... bottom was cool. I assume it?s because the pasta noodle itself is twice the size as normal. If that?s a permanent change then Iwill not be back. Edit: Pizza Hut has permanently changed their pasta. On Sunday 6/19/22 we had to rush my 10yr old daughter to the emergency room. She had sever abdominal pain among other symptoms... and we feared Appendicitis. We left our other two children with a family member and needed to order dinner for them at veryshort notice. The local food delivery service was closed, I called 2 other pizza establishments and was quickly told that wewere not in their delivery area. I admit Pizza Hut was not my 1st choice and when I called I was also informed that we were notin the service area by Darren. I'm not sure if he could hear stress in my voice or what, but he volunteered to make the deliveryregardless because we aren't very far outside the delivery area... I could barely contain my emotions, and quickly offered totip him well for the trouble. He said it wasn't necessary but I insisted. I attempted to handle everything by phone, but Icouldn't add a tip over the phone. I dropped my wife and daughter off at the ER and quickly drove to the store to pay foreverything. Darren accepted my payment and tip with haste and humility. It was at this time when I told him about my daughter,Darren told me that he would be fervently praying for my daughter and my wife and I. Called to place order over an hour before picking it up and they had no record of my call. I had called this store's specific... number. They said my call must have gone to their call center and got sent somewhere else. I even showed them the phone calldetails on my phone. My husband was waiting in the car with 3 young grandkids. Avoid this location if you can help it. My wife got food poisoning from this place. We ordered a half pepperoni and half bell... peppers pizza and the bell peppers were questionable. The next day she was sick throwing up and the whole nine yards. The pizzawas old and so were the wings we ordered. I think they had sitting left over from another order or something and gave it to us. Read more
