I have never used the word “sucks” to describe food, in all my hundreds of reviews, but I ordered Chicken with Cashews,... which should have a semi-sweet sauce, and un-battered chicken meat. What I received was battered clumps (they look somewhatsizable until you eat it and realize that it is mostly batter with little or No chicken) in a salty soy sauce. If you are goingto “cut corners “ do not do so at the expense of food quality- this keeps people from returning. I have to admit, the Buffet was really good. My husband said the pepper steak was the best he ever had. The Buffet n is small... and they put out a little at a time. So it is fresh. If was okay, food was hot and fresh but for me did not have a lot of flavor in the fried rice. Egg rolls were also bland.
