Drive thru order on 11/13/22 around 12:30 pm. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious and my order was perfect.

This place is a literal nightmare. I ordered 4 things and they apparently can only count to 2 here. Ordered a chicken quesadilla... and was given a paper-thin absolute joke, no chicken, no sauce, and I think they put like 5 shreds of cheese in it. I come backto get my money back and the managers (one of them a woman named Jamie, the other one a guy with rotted teeth who I did notcatch his name) actually wanna fight with me for not physically bringing the item back (that I threw in the trash) and claimedit was "policy" (first time hearing that one.) All over a $5 quesadilla. The treatment of customers is disgusting, the qualityof the food is disgusting, the workers are miserable (look at all the other reviews for this place)... Enough said. Just got home with my order after placing it with the most miserable employee. Missing 2 orders of cinnamon twists, nacho bell... grande, 2 cups of melted cheese , and I even asked when the miserable employee handed me the bag if I could get hot sauce andshe insisted it was in the bag. None. I want a refund for the missing items . Normally I would not care about it, but missingitems and dealing with that miserable grump , I want a refund for it. This is probably the worst Taco Bell / KFC I have ever been too? Unfortunately for me it?s the closest one to my house. I have... been here many times. They are almost always out of Pepsi. But they won?t tell you they are out of Pepsi they will justsubstitute something else (usually cherry Pepsi). On the Taco Bell side: the chips for the nachos and often the taco shells arestale. About half the time I get food here at least one item is bad in some way. On the KFC side the chicken is usually finebut they will often short items. Like get a 3 piece when you ordered and paid for a 4 piece or missing the side order. If youcan go to another location you would be better off. Read more
