If it's wasn for the chicken I wouldn't have stayed. This restaurant is a Drive-thru only, which isn't a problem, but not... having any signs saying so is. Got a pot pie bowl and choked on a two inch piece of bone that was in it. Then found others. Didn?t even want to eat it after I... choked on the first piece. I called and asked to speak to the manager, the lady on the phone said she was the manager at firstand then put me on the phone with the real manager. All she did was say sorry but it happens. Always nice staff, drive thru window goes quickly. KFC, I realize chikfila and popeyes have come onto the scene and have stolen... my focus, but let's be clear. Your cole slaw will always be the best, your mashed potato gravy is easy to identify out of a lineup of wanna be gravies, and my husband loves your kfc bowl. This review is for the KFC near Home Depot - Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA. The chicken was disgusting. I asked for spicy and... what I received had no seasoning AT ALL!! It was not properly cooked and the person waiting on me seemed distant from her role.One of the orders was for a 5.00 fill up. I was told they no longer sell those. Then why advertise it? I have to say the manager is the sweetest. I don?t think I ever come across a manager willing to help and be so professional and... sweet at the same time. I got a flat tire and had to pull into there parking lot so to say the least I was having a bad day andshe really put a smile on my face knowing there is still kind people out there willing to understand. In this day and age, kind people are hard to find. Well, today, I'm happy to say that I found a whole store of kind hearted... people! We arrived a few minutes before they opened and the manager let us in early so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Allemployees were so friendly with big beautiful smiles! Food was PERFECT! Dining room was spotless. We had a great time! I believeit is the kind work environment created by the wonderful manager in this establishment that made a simple trip to taco bellextra special! I will definitely be going back in person instead of ordering off an app from here on out. Read more
