Usually if the drive thru is full you can go in the lobby to speed things up. Not this time, it was twice as slow. Mobile order,... 4 box items, placed at 6:45 and walked into the lobby a minute after. app says order is received and being worked on. Frontcounter person says it hasn't gotten to their computers. 6:55 person came back to check, it was there. 7:00 the car that wewould have been behind, who was themselves 4 cars away from the drive thru speaker when I placed my order, leaves... And theperson says there's an order ahead of me still. 7:05 they start the order, 7:12 I finally receive my order. So they definitelydon't put lobby orders in as a priority with drive thru orders. 27 minutes waiting in the lobby for 4 box orders. Car ahead ofus once they ordered, about 10 minutes, give them another 5 to get to the speaker box. And a black bean item had about ateaspoon of black beans. Read more
The slowest taco-bell in the area went to get something to eat while helping a friend move apartments. It took 30 minutes to... move 2 cars full line so we drove out of line before being stuck and it delayed us inconveniently. Extremely slow recently. Read more
I rarely leave feedback but I will in hopes that this will reach maybe the manager or franchise manager?? This place used to be... my favorite place to go eat I've been a customer since I was a kid. The staff is rude, full of excuses, no urgency andunapologetic. They've been doing this a long time and you'd think they'd have staff to cover the "busy times" but instead the 7grub hub drivers in the lobby complaining about wait times, and the 36 mins I waited for a meal is completely ridiculous.. thereis a few employees still there that care but just go somewhere else it hasn't changed in 4 years!! Goofy computer kiosk used to submit orders. No reader board type menus. Still deliver it over the counter but it won't be long... before you retrieve it from a dumb waiter style cupboard and have no human contact. Read more

So when u order and it says u can pick it up in the dinning room that's a lie I ordered my food I was standing at the door but... here is the catch said door was locked 2 employees came out and told me that yes we can walk through to pick up our order and sowe called and got told that we had to find a vehicle so by the time we got a vehicle our order wasn't in the system any more andwe had to reorder everything and the person on the head set was completely rude and laughed about the whole situation and madeus feel completely dumb. Like we were at the door they couldn't open it and nicely hand us our food it took us 25 minutes toeven get to the speaker box and another 25 to 30 minutes to even get to the window completely unsatisfied with this locationhonestly if I could give them 0 to a 1/2 start I would.
