I am shocked to see that the crew that works here has actually gotten worse than they used to be even a year ago. I am afraid... the issues with this site must start higher up the ladder as it is not changing for the good. Great news though, the otherlocations I have recently visited, are considerably better. I know what you are thinking though, "if they are horrible here,how much better would the other locations have to be to be considered considerably better?" Fair question. I come here for pizza every week when I do my grocery shopping and today was the best service I?ve had from your location! The... person didn?t have a name tag, but they were wearing a red zip up sweatshirt and had short curly hair. Normally your staff willcall my name, throw my pizza on the counter, and go hide in the back, but today this person came around the counter to hand memy pizza! They?re your best employee for sure. How does a pizza place steal two of your pizzas, let me tell you. My wife ordered two pizzas, when we got home we realized we... were given the wrong pizzas. I called the store five times, no answer, no voicemail. With no other way to contact the store tomake the correct pizzas, I placed the same order online, paid for it again, and went back to the store to pick up the correctpizzas and get a refund on one of the orders. Long story short, the person working there didn't understand that I paid for fourpizzas, but only wanted two. She took the two wrong pizzas to the back room and said she was keeping them, and then refused toprocess the refund for the wrong pizzas!? She then said she didn't like my attitude for asking for a refund, and called securityon me!? This all went down in about 45 seconds, it's not like we argued for 20 minutes, it was shocking how quickly she wentcompletely nuts. If you designed an employee in a lab specifically to destroy a business from the inside out, it would lookexactly like this person. This was a disappointing experience. We usually love Pieology. Today our pizza was undercooked and half of the pizza had the... toppings stuck to the top of the box (we ordered ahead for pick up). They remade the pizza but seemed annoyed about it. When thenew pizza was ready, they did not let us know?. So it sat until I decided to check on it. The same thing happened with the saladthat I ordered. She said she?d let me know when it was ready, and it sat on the counter until I checked on it. The staff seemedannoyed to be there? and they are either understaffed or they just don?t really like their jobs. The pizza was good, but theoverall experience was disappointing. Read more

Their pizza is far superior to MOD. I always get the pie rise thick crust with light marinara and light pesto. Pineapple,... olives. Mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon and chicken. Buy a side of ranch for dipping and enjoy. They have beer on draft, an iceemachine and a million combinations for soda. You can't go wrong with all these choices. Read more

I was shocked to get a person pizza for $9.65. the crust is amazing. The meat and veggies are fresh. The experience was great.... We spent only $24 for everything drinks too. Definitely will come back. Read more
