2 BAD EXPERIENCES! First time I kept getting hung up on and nobody would call me back? they blamed it on phone issues?. Bit they... kept putting me on hold said they would be right back?. And then nothing. Gave them another chances ordered a pizza on line.Supposed to be ready to pick at 5:45 pm and I was 30 minutes past pick up and they told me it?s gonna be another hour. Soliterally it?s taking over 2 hours to make a take and bake pizza! RIDICULOUS! They said the online ordering dont give accuratepick up times? I ding that hard to be believe. I usually love Papa's pizza's but not this time. Got a cowboy and well 5am the next morning it came back up. I was not pleased!

Slow, took 45 minutes to get large pizza after they told u it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting so long we went home... a0nd cooked the pizza 0and it wasn't our pizza. We ordered light sauce with double meat and extra cheese. We got a plain oldpizza. When we called them to get the right one they said we couldn't because it was cooked and we didn't get money back for theextra cheese and meat. I think it was an extra 5 bucks. Read more

I called to place an order and was on hold for around 15 minutes until it switched to corporate recording.
