I just waited in the drive thru line on the right side and they would not serve us. There was 5 cars that went ahead on the left... line before the people behind me started switching lines and the person ahead of me at the order screen just pulled forwardafter no Macdonalds employee would take their order. I had to say "hello" before they would even take my order after waiting fora few minutes to be greeted. Worst service ever. There was 4 cars in line when I pulled up at 530. It's now 6pm and I'm stillwaiting for my food after they ignored the right line for 15 minutes. And my food was wrong. Its not hard to read the screen andmake it right. I stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich and strawberry cream pie. I had to pull into one of the waiting areas. It seemed I... waited a long time and the strawberry pie was cold by the time I got it. I always wonder why have two lanes if you never use them? The line is backed up into the road and people are getting aggressive... trying to keep their space in line and not get cut in front of. We went by the other day for a quick treat for our daughter. I was worried with how many cars were in line, but the service was... fast and all the food was fresh. We appreciate the dollar cones for an inexpensive quick treat here and there. No complaintsabout this location at all. Read more
Just went through the drive through, got a few things including two big macs. Both had the two patties on the bottom section and... nothing on the top. MacDs on Mohawk, please check in on your staff- someone is angry or sad about something and they need maybean extra break or something. Or an ear to listen.
