Very slow service. Stood waiting for someone to even acknowledge I was there for about 5 minutes. A further 5 minutes to get... someone to the counter to take my order and another 15 minutes for it to be completed. Being so close to a bunch of hotels,you'd think they'd be more on their game and have things sorted out to be done as quickly as possible. Read more
