I've been patronizing this location for five years now and today had by far the most incompetent crew to date. I arrived and... ordered my coffee and after 10 minutes was asked my order again. 5 minutes later I don't see any coffee being made and the lineis growing. I was tempted to ask for a refund but the crew looked pretty busy conversating with each other so I just leftwithout my coffee rather than be late for work. Read more

I don't frequent DB very often for myself although I'm there often with my teens. I tried a Peppermint Bliss on my birthday and... was hooked! I've treated myself again since then and Sterling took my order and was great! Funny, knowledgeable, and verypersonable. Looking forward to another Bliss before the seasonal drinks are gone!
