I don't know what's been going on here lately, but the past 3 times I've gone here with an online order they have either messed... up my order or given me the wrong order. Food is decent, tables are always dirty, staff always seem reluctant to do their job and mostly gossip with each other about... coworkers instead of helping customers. Even when you ask to clean the tables, it's not going to happen. My suggestion is orderonline and pick it up so you avoid interacting with the staff and just enjoy the food Read more

Food was okay, not great and not terrible. My main complaint was the price and lack of pricing information on the menu. This was... the most expensive burrito I have ever had. They offer double protein, but there is no indication of the additional cost, andto add to this I tried their new meat option which had an additional charge that was not listed on the menu. My burrito was$20.... for this, my partner and I could have eaten better food from the local non chain Mexican restaurant. I admit this waspartially my own fault for not assuming additional cost, but I do put blame on them for not having a clear list of additionalcosts based on options. The food was surprisingly good for such simple ingredients. I tried the new garlic steak in a bowl with some of the freshly made... chips and really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back for more! Read more

Terrible meal experience, order (2) steak bowls and drove home to eat them. the meat was terrible, fatty, and not worth eating.... tried to call the store to complain and discuss refund options, but no one would answer the phone. Drove back to the store toget a refund (36 miles round trip), but they would not provide a refund without my wife's debit card. i asked for store creditin a gift card, but they would not do that either. they stated that i needed to return the next day with the debit card if Iwanted a refund. I did this the next day and also tried to comment on Chipotle website but their format woudl not allow me toprovide a complaint. The assistant manager or whoever she is, is just absolutely terrible. Always having an attitude rolling her eyes and doesn't... listen. The worst part is SHE NEVER CHANGES HER GLOVES! She will go back and forth from the machine to serving people.DISGUSTING! BEWARE people. Avoid her and avoid this Chipotle! The service at the gateway chipotle is absolutely horrible. The young kids that are working there have no regard for the... customers. The woman before me waited quite a while, while two of the crew workers were just standing there laughing, doingnothing. Then when it was my turn, the young man Who is working the line, turned his back on me and started talking with theother two crew workers that were previously laughing. He started drinking a drink, then looked over at me, then turned awayagain. He didn?t even tell me that it was going to be a moment, or address me at all. The service is very unprofessional and Iwould not recommend going there. The evening crew there has no work ethic. I feel bad for the store owner. It must behumiliating for the owner to be represented in such a poor manner. Read more

My family stood waiting to be helped for a few minutes and literally none of the workers acknowledged us, even though they... clearly saw us standing there. I had to speak up for someone to come help and one of them reluctantly started our order withouta smile or a ?sorry for the wait?. Then they were literally out of half the ingredients I wanted but still wanted to charge mefull price. The employee couldn?t have cared less. I will NEVER eat here again! What terrible customer service and a massive ripoff! I swear these fast food places put ZERO effort on customer service. Read more
