If I could only post the pic I took...who loves overcooked burnt finger steaks! I had such high hopes just to be let down hard!... With the new owner, I expected more! I know what he has done with a couple of the other places he bought & was excited for closeto home! Guess not! Read more

Apps and entrees were all delicious. T-bone tender and flavorful, and the mixed veggies add on was perfect. Great flavor with... some clearly fresh veggies. Service was prompt and courteous. The improvements from the new ownership are quite evident. Wouldlike to see a little more variety on tap for cider and beer, but otherwise all good. Read more

24 Oz of the best Tbone in Eugene is in Springfield at Centennial Steak House. Excellent dive bar in a strip mall vibe,... incredible service and a great steak. Well worth having Google maps guide you to this gem. On my recent visit, I found afriendly staff who operated with efficiency and a perfect dash of badattitude to keep things rolling smoothly. My T-bone wascooked to perfection and was accompanied by an assortment of side options (I had grilled veggies.) The feel and overall vibe ofCentennial Steak House was very Springfield and a welcome respite from the sometimes overly sensitive and meat limited venues indowntown Eugene. Well worth the effort. Their food is great! The newly recovered pool tables are fantastic! The service was almost non-existent. But I give them a break... like I do many businesses now. The employees that were there worked hard. No one was standing around. Read more

My husband and I both had prime rib, the restaurant was not overly busy but it took quite awhile for service, appetizers and... main course. Our meal was cold and I was not overly impressed with taste or quality. I had to ask a server other than ours.Check your tickets and the menu before paying. We were overcharged. Read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. The one star will go to our server I suppose, she... was sweet. I paid 31$ for a prime rib dinner and asked rare. This is what I was served. It was so thick and leather like. Shereplaced it with a new one but all they did was add blood juice to my new peice to make it look rare. Nasty. My man got fish andchips but let's say it was breaded nastiness with hardly any fish but tasted way too fishy and like burnt oil. Do not order thebroccoli cheddar soup unless you want to have a home remedy to puke. (The waitress was awesome) the quality of food is terrible. Read more
