I had recently lost my wallet at Carl's Jr. Restaurant at the Mohawk Center in Springfield. I called the Manager about it and... asked if she had seen a Wallet left at the counter or was dropped near the Lobby Area? She told me that my wallet is here andis kept in the Company Safe. When I arrived there, I got my wallet returned to me with nothing taken. They are honest people!Nice to have people in Springfield who will go out of their way for you and don't expect anything in return. Read more
My Husband and I came in today to get lunch. I ordered hand breaded chicken sandwich and asked her to put lettuce in it. She... said "there's lettuce in it" I told her "No, I don't think there is" she literally argued with me about the lettuce and whetherit's in the sandwich or not. I gave up and just agreed with her (I don't like spit in my food, so I try to be as nice aspossible) I get my food and guess what!?!?! No lettuce was in it. I have a lot of friends who like going here, but I'm going toadvice against it now. I didn't get the girls name, but it was at this location at 1:00 pm, so if management wants to talk totheir employees about arguing with customers, that'll be great. I stopped in after work to grab Gold digger chicken sandwich. Drive through was busy during rush hour. I get up to the window... with them not even having my order in the cue. So they politely got my order and I left after paying. The kicker is that it wasa burger instead. So that wasn't great checking the order. Anyway... The burger was good and I wasn't going to go back just towait in line again. So check out your order before you leave. Read more
Fast service and friendly staff makes stopping for food when you're running late for meals east. Can find something for... everyone. My husband loves their beyond burgers and I like the chicken sandwiches. The kids enjoy the kids meals. Very clean aswell. Read more
I've had mixed luck with the beyond and impossible burgers at BK... Today I got the cheap o California double cheese burger from... Carl's and had them pull the cheese and sub the beyond patties. THE ABSOLUTE BEST BURGER I'VE HAD SINCE I QUIT MEAT ANDDAIRY!! Piping hot and delicious and way bigger that I imagine. Read more
