Every time I come to BK at this location to get a LG FRY they super skimp. They don't fill fry holder box...
They were slower than a snail and my burger sucked! It was dryed out and it had way too much mustard on it! If they expect to... make their customers happy then they need to prepare food as if they were preparing it for themselves or their family. If theywould treat their employees right then maybe they wouldn't be so short handed. Shame on you Burger King! Read more
Like most experiences I?ve had at this BK, lousy. This time I ordered two Whoppers with no mayo. At the window I asked the... woman handing me the order if indeed the Whoppers were mayo-less. She said, ?Yes,? but had a question mark on her face. I tookthe bag and drove into the parking lot. Checking, found mayonnaise on both sandwiches. I drive back into the order line andreported the mistake and asked for my order to be remade. I also ordered fries and onion rings were now cold; I expected themto be remade hot, too. Two mayo-less Whoppers come out, but no hot fried items. The same clerk who screwed up the no mayoquestion expected that I still wanted the cold stuff. No offer to remake. Went here to have lunch and they were close for some odd reason so my husband called to find out when they were going to reopen... the lobby and he was rudely told when we get more staff. It only takes one person to run the cash register so I don't understandwhy they can't have the lobby open. But it's not OK to be rude to customers who are just asking when it's gonna reopen. Nowthere are 2 Burger kings Is in the same city that I will not go to. Not sure what's going on with this company but I thinkpeople need to get their S*** together, 1st racism then being rude to customers. The food is always good. They never mess up our order, but that is far and away THE filthiest restaurant I have ever been in and... it's always dirty, however, that being said the staff is attentive and really helpful. Read more
Gary...Gary...Gary!!! Amazing job taking the initiative and attenting to a cx escalated situation in a professional and timely... fashion with excellent attitude, above and beyond cx service skill. His superb attention to the cx's needs is a skill moreemployees could learn too keep a cx satisfied. My food was done correctly and with a smile the whole time. this definitely makesme say 10 out of 10 i would recommend...but come find out yourself they got great deal and a flame broiled unmatched by theircompetition. *ignore the pinky in the shot its to protect the employees at the grill but check out that menu???? It was very busy while I was there Sunday afternoon. The wait was quite long. I was dining in. My burgers turned out barely... warm. My Self serve drink did not turn out with the right mixture the 1st time so I had to do it a second time, It was betterbut the taste was still not correct. Read more
Best burgers and fries. Try the whopper or a double cheeseburger you won't be disappointed. Fries better than the other guys... too. Polite hard working employees. Will return. Read more
