So disappointed in the service at this restaurant. I go here often and it?s repeatedly a bad experience when I go at night.... Tonight I went here and ordered two combos, one sandwich by its self, and one fry by itself as well as 4 pies. Everything wasmade fresh like they said it would be; however, they did not give me Arby?s sauce like I asked, and I was missing a fry. Thesandwich I got was supposed to be a double, and I only got a single roast beef and cheddar. It?s so frustrating when I payalmost $40 for food, and it takes over 25 minutes from the time I pull into the drive through (mind you I was the car behind theordering car). I was told I had to wait 7 minutes for fresh chicken which I was completely fine with but I waited for 10-15minutes. Normally don?t complain and just tough it out but as someone who used to manage fast food restaurants and specificallyworked at Arby?s, it?s extremely disappointing and something needs to change. I went here for lunch early this afternoon and ordered food for 2 people. One meal was the buffalo chicken sandwich meal with... curly fries and a cinnamon-caramel shake. I was really looking forward to trying it. The shake was handed to me and I was askedto park due to them needing to cook the chicken, but before I pulled around, I asked if the shake was supposed to have chocolatedrizzle on it and I was told yes. I thought that was weird since I didn't see chocolate in the ad, but said okay and parked. Myfood was brought out and I drove home and divied up the food to eat. The shake tasted like a vanilla-jamocha hybid, not at allwhat I was expecting. And to top it off, my freshly made chicken sandwich was soggy and not even hot. Just disappointed allaround. Read more
It's right up the street from my work. Food is fine. Service is better than average. Lady working the window comped me a free... shake when they got my order wrong. I eat here like 2-3 times a month due to how close it is to my job. Read more
My boyfriend and I both had dinner here last night. He had the briskett snadwich and it has a long hair in it. Not only that I... got the tri tip sandwich and it not pleasant to eat at all. Overall not happy with my experience there. Read more
Tried their hush puppy breaded fish for the first time. Really quite good. Fries were great. Only down side was tartar sauce,... not to my liking but the rest was well worth the price. Read more
I went through the drive thru, so I can't comment on how the place looked inside. They were really quick to get my order out to... me though. I think I only waited about 3 min. The guy at the window was a little hard for me to understand, cause he liked tomumble. The food was really good. I had a bacon chicken ranch sandwich turned into a wrap.very good and filling! The food is ready very fast and always excellent quality. We have gone to this Arby's a number of times and always received the... correct order. I had one issue where a purchase was over- charged on my credit card. When I contacted them, they fixed itimmediately and were very professional and courteous about issuing the refund. I tried the wagu burger and I wasn't impressed. The sauce is way to sweet and with a sweet pickle it's just over kill. Messy... just plan inedible about an inch of watery sauce dripping everywhere. Read more
