We took our 19 month old here for dinner to help train him to be at restaurants. Sat us in the back corner, which was fine,... cause it provided less distractions for him. High chair was in good shape and had the restraint belt. Our server was superfriendly and professional, even though I could tell she was over seated and stressed. She was nice to my kid, smiled, and wasattentive throughout the meal. Food was fine. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great. I got the Whiskey BBQ burger, my wife had the Macand Cheese with chicken. We also ordered the cheese bites, which my son loved. They were the best part of the meal. Otherwise,it was what you'd expect. Football on like 10 screens. Half sports bar, half family restaurant. Decorated by someone who wantsto be eclectic and cool, but doesn't want to offend their grandparents. Read more

Went to Applebees to have lunch with a friend. We had a nice time. I got the chicken brocolli alfredo and she got the bourbon... shrimp and chicken with mashed potatoes. They were both good. Our wait time was zero. Our waitress, Julia, was great. Read more

The service was less than desirable at best. The waitress didn't say more than one or two words each time she came to the table.... Very rude to another person at our table when she said her drink tasted different than normal. Complained to the bartender abouther loud enough for us to hear. It appears that the ice maker is delaminating and there were chunks of the coating or metal inthe ice. See photos. I informed the waitress and she immediately went and got the manager, she offered to make a new one with"different" ice. It came back the same, but the drink had almost zero alcohol in it and way too much flavor, you can see howdarker the drink is in two photos. Which made it undrinkable. Read more
I probably hadn't eaten at an Applebee's in more then 15 or 20 years. Not because I didn't like them, but there were always... better options available. I started with the Brew Pub pretzel's for an appetizer. Those things were awesome! So good and tasty.For the main course, I had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with mashed potato's. Excellent choice. The service was prettygood and the waitress was attentive. Read more
