Most of the food was okay, I love the pretzels but wait was definitely not worth what we got, but it isn't their fault they said... they had 2 people working which is a shame. Overall average at best, minus the pretzels which are always good. Read more

We had food delivered on 9/23 wanted to try chophouse burger ..what a disappointment that was...it looked like someone had sat... on it..very small...tots were opaque...not brown at all...I've seen better 1.29 cheese burger at mc Donald's...???? Read more

Worst service ever!!! It's 7:45pm on a Friday night & I pull up to the drive-in speaker and I get told your closed?? Out of... nowhere?? after serving the people in front of me?? the line of cars behind me didn't get anything either. I watched 6 cars getturned away with in just 3min. That's bad business!! I will Never go there again, and I'm calling corporate!! No corporatemanagement would be ok with loosing business like that. It's sad no where you go no one wants to do thier jobs anymore!!!! Considering I got an m&m blast and 2/3 of it is just vanilla ice cream with a hollow center at the bottom. Come on, I didn't... wait 10 mins just to get to the speaker for this.. not to mention the 4 other times I tried to get ice cream in the last month,and couldn't. It would have kill them to stop talking long enough to put the candy half way through and actually blend it up. Read more

No signs saying anything about no breakfast. No signs about drive through only. "Too low staffed" yet had more staff than my... stores and my stores are still fully operational. Won't ever be stopping at this slow location again during my travels. Notworth the hassle and disappointment. Read more

I honestly can't believe sonics still exist. They f up the order every time and tell you that you need to submit a request to... corporate to get a refund. Corporate never responds to these requests and when you call they give you the run around. For $5.And it's even worse if you order through the app. My last visit I ordered a blast in the app. $6. Get there and they tell metheir ice cream machine is down and they can't do refunds locally at the store. The whole company is trash. Read more

Walked up to the patio order speaker. The employee asked for my pickup order number. I told her I was placing an order. She... informed me that they were drive thru only. I told her I couldn?t use the drive thru due to hauling a trailer. She said thatshe couldn?t take my order. However I could place an online order and they would bring it out. How is this a good businessmodel? Needless to say, my money was spent elsewhere. Read more
