It was messy, unorganized and the GM was there and the man waited in drive through and finally came in. The GM told the girl... that gave the man a large cup said you should have given him a small. He waited came in and mostly ignored. He wanted what hepaid for. He bought ice tea wanted ice tea it's not like it costs so much she could not have given him what he paid for. Shesaid we can't give stuff away but what she failed to grasp is she wasn't giving away anything he paid for it. So what happenedhe left without what he paid for because the GM was afraid she was loosing a drink I offered to pay for the drink to rushthings along. Other people had been waiting awhile too. Third shift will have you sitting outside for over a half an hour watching 10+ cars leave while they twiddle their thumbs and... sit on their phones, never even got my order taken only watched the workers talk and stand on their phones. Read more
There were 2 long lines for ordering. I simply placed a pickup order. It was delivered in under 2 minutes. The mcgriddle is... only a 3 though because it was rather tasteless. The bacon, egg and cheese were hot and fresh. However, the pancake part had nomaple flavor to it. I think these come premade. These days people need to have more patience. If you don't want to wait in linethen place a pickup order. You need to appreciate that SOMEONE is willing to work! Read more
The drive through is frustrating because you can be in the left lane and the right lane will take 10 orders before they take... your order. I would avoid at night due to the extremely long wait time you might endure. Read more
