We had a 10 minute wait for the food. Some was hot, some was room temp. Overall it was good..
I go to lees 4 out of 5 weeknights for my lunch break and have to say they are doing work. I've only been dissatisfied a couple... times out of close to 100 visits, and that was issues with condiments or napkins not the food. I strongly recommend this placeover any other fast food. Read more

Prices are way to high, sometimes the chicken pieces are way to small. The service is okay, haven't had to a problem there...
Service is terrible. We asked for lots of honey mustard, bbq, one ranch and butter and honey. When the girl at the window was... questioned she has a bag and said there's lots in their its fine. We got one, of each sauce. Lots of ketchup...stuff that willjust get trashed. For 8 people who all want either honey mustard or bbq, it causes an argument over who gets the sauce. Read more
Ordered online and did not get half the items ordered. Store's only solution was for me drive the 20 mile round trip to retrieve... because they had new people in training and that was the reason for the incomplete order. Not really acceptable. Read more

Bloody chicken once and cold side sides. Cashier said Mac n Cheese was fresh it wasn't. It was cold. Few times chicken tasted... like freezer burn. Read more
