Delivery driver pulled up put front. Sat for 5 minutes in his car, never got out then pulled away. I had ordered an hour and... half before hand said delivery would be there in 45 to 55 minutes. I ended up having to go pick up my own pizza. Read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered food for my son to be delivered to his dorm at 9 pm and at 10:30 he still... had no food. Called 3 different times and was spoke to very rudely by the woman taking calls. Told me they had two drivers and“he’d get it when he got it”. At 10:30 I asked for a refund and the number for a manager to contact tomorrow and was told“we don’t give out our managers’ numbers.” I have never gone Karen on someone because I work in customer service andunderstand things happen, but I was given no resolution to the problem, was treated very rudely, and most importantly, my songoes to bed hungry. At the very least, I want a refund. Do better, Dominos. The food is good if you’re lucky enough toactually receive it. :-( Read more
Waited for 15 minutes at curb side pick up. Finally walked inside to pick up my order. Right away the employee was rude to me... saying they're short staffed. Worst customer service I have had in awhile. I understand being short staffed, but no need to berude about it. Don't offer a service if you can't fufill it. Read more
Never answers the phone when finally do answer make you feel like your bothering them. Then order on line they still get the... order wrong. Terrible customer service and seen a guy making a pizza strach his head with no gloves then continued making pizza! Read more
We come all the way from across town because the Domino's on South lime doesn't make good pizza. So we ordered online, they... pizza was late and there was no rush.. they got the order wrong and asked them to remake it. This woman was very disrespectfuland confrontational about it and was slamming supplies and personally inspiring me. Needless to say we won't be coming back Read more
